Ways To Healthy Skin|Festive Special
Diwali is all around here and chatt puja too is not that far. The time period between these two festivals are not that long as well as we do not get time to spend in maintaining ourselves to look beautiful. So here, I have prepared a list where you will get the way for your beauty destination from your daily routine and busy schedule.
1. Do not forget to stay hydrated and full- Busy schedule is something which may affect our diet. Sometimes we even forgot to drink water, just by ignoring our thirst. We usually ignore meals and wait for the work to be over. But do you know that just by ignoring your thirst and meals, you are not only ignoring your health but a very important thing in your beauty and health regime. Ignoring meals and water may affect your joyful mind, leaving you lazy for whole day.
2. Change your pillow covers and bedsheets- Pillow covers are said to be the best friends sometimes. These covers and sheets are in touch with our face and hair, dirt on these may result in pimples, acne and hair lose problems. It is necessary to change the sheets once or twice a week to help shot out these problems.
3. Exfoliation- Everyone from us experience dirt 'n' dust on our body and hair during dusting. The growing process of our body cells also include dead cells. These dirt 'n' dust can be removed by exfoliation/scrubbing. You need only coffee as the exfoliating ingredient.
Take some coffee on your palm during shower and gently scrub your body with low pressure. BE GENTLE WITH YOUR BODY AND AVOID EXCESSIVE EXFOLIATION.
4. Choose make-up product appropriate to your skin and your skin for that product- Rate and brand does not matter always. Always choose a product which suits your skin, which is appropriate for your skin and matches your skin type. It should shot out the problem for which you have chosen that product.
5. Go for face masks and massages- Treat your skin with some homemade masks or you can also go for masks available in market, enriched with hydrating serum as we also have to focus on winter essentials. Massages your face with almond oil or oils suitable for sensitivite skin or face. This will improve your blood circulation, relax your facial muscles and consequently provide an instant glow.
6. Take enough sleep- sleeping durations are different for different age groups. A teenager or an adult needs a sleep of 7-8 hours in the night. DO NOT FORGET THAT EXCESSIVE SLEEP WILL NOT BE BENEFICIAL BUT MAY RESULT IN BAD HEALTH, HEADACHES, LAZINESS AND WEIGHT GAIN. Timing between 10pm-3am are said to be the best repairing hours.
7. Go for hair oil, masks and serums- Dandruff, dirt and hair fall are common problems of winter and can be handled with hair masks and serums. Make a habit of oiling your hair a night before shampoo and applying conditioner and serum after that. Avoid excessive oiling and regular shampoo to your hair as it will affect the natural oil of your scalp. Cleaning your hair twice a week is enough.
