Vagina Care - Keep your vagina happy
Being beautiful from outside is a reflection of being healthy from inside.
Vaginal health is something that can help you stay away from sexually transmitted disease and other possible diseases that can affect your physical health too. Bad vaginal health may affect your partner, your sex life and your pregnancy too. Not just eating the right food and drinking a lots of water are sufficient, but some daily and weekly activities are also responsible for your vaginal health
Keeping in mind the important of having a healthy and happy vagina, here are some tips that you can use while taking care of your vagina -
1. Use only and only water for cleaning - Vagina is a super - sensitive area. Try to avoid it's contact even with the soap that you use on your body. Using any kind of chemical may lead to the disturbance of pH level of vagina.
Use only water for cleaning the area, twice a day.
2. Choose breathable and light coloured material - While buying panties, keep in mind that the material should be of 100% cotton only. Using panties with synthetic material, leads to problems like bad odour and irritation of vaginal skin due to the restriction of air. Synthetic material make your skin avoid breathing and disturb their contact with air.
Wearing dark - coloured panties may lead to pigmentation problem which will darken your vaginal area. Go for light colour panties.
3. Wear loose fitting clothes - Wearing tight fitting clothes leave marks on your bikini line, blocks the passage of air and sweat which consequently leads to bad odour. Try wearing loose fitting clothes as much as possible.
4. Using lubes - Using lubes or lubricants during sexual intercourse help your vagina stretch in a flexible manner and helps you avoid the unwanted pain during the sex acts. Some females are unable to produce sufficient lubricant during intercourse, for them, coconut or olive oil can be the best friends. These natural lubricants are for those who do not use condoms.
5. Using condoms - Using condoms, whether of male or female kind, keeps you away from unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as HIV and Syphilis.
Do not forget to mind the order of your sex acts like going from the vaginal to anal or else it may lead to painful urinary tract infection (UTI).
6. Practice sex during regular intervals - Practicing sex during irregular interval is as bad as going for an unsafe sex drive. Maintaining healthy and regular intervals between sexual intercourse helps you stay happy and healthy, both physically and mentally. It helps maintaining your vaginal health and weight too.
